At the Garlic Festival with Chef Brandon Miller

I am a personal chef whose passion is preparing market fresh menus for people who love to eat, but who don’t have the time to cook. Fresh and friendly menus are designed to infuse your everyday life with vibrant and flavorful food that will activate your mind and satisfy your body. After an initial consultation with you, where we discuss your favorite foods and any dietary requirements, I begin by preparing your first weekly menu. Depending on the arrangements we make, I shop for the ingredients, and then come to your home to prepare your meals. I can either prepare the meals to be served immediately or to be served later. As the weeks pass, we refine and adjust your menus to perfection.

I work primarily in Northern California, and can make arrangements for most locations within reasonable distance of California’s Central Coast.

A little about me:

Inspired by a lifetime of being nurtured in an Italian family, living in the universe’s center for fresh fruits and vegetables, and my own curiosity for new flavors and foods, I decided to attend culinary school. Shortly thereafter, I was hired to work in the kitchen of a talented and well-respected local chef. It has been my pleasure to work with a number of inspiring local chefs, and to have met and worked with celebrity chefs visiting Monterey County. I enjoy cooking healthy food, and prefer cooking for people who are open to a wide variety of ingredients, flavors and cuisines.
